You may close your own account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining verified balance after applicable deductions will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will not be returned on voluntary account closure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ariion play's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's verified account at the time the claim arises. ariion play is not liable for:
